• I ordered a few cake cards one was for a baby shower and two where for my daughter every1 absolutely loved the cakes

We received an amazing sharing cake as a thank you from one of our customers, since discovering Sponge I have sent a few cake cards to my loved ones, they are quirky and different. Every recipient has been reaLly pleased with it and £10.50 is a bargain and a lovely gift

• I chose the carrot cake and the coffee cake. The recipient said both were delicious, her favourite if she absolutely had to choose was the carrot cake because it was so moist :-)

• Hi, absolutely love the cakecards and send for all my teams birthdays. Makes recognising birthdays that bit more special and the 30 ish people that have received so far this year absolutely love them. My one request is, and especially as I'm delivering early due to risk of postal delays that you can add to the label a 'do not open until...xxx ' message. The card companies like funky pigeon and moon pig do this and as people don't tend to realise it's a birthday present that they open them early. Be perfect with this one small tweak. • I wasn't able to visit my son for his birthday but being able to send a cup of tea (great optional extra) and a slice of cake was so much more personal than just a card.

• The cakes were very appealing to the eye smelt amazing, they were very moist, light and absolutely delicious.

• Amazing product and very tasty but just bad delivery. Badly damaged box resulting in a home made crafting session to repair and then ultimately replace the box it was delivered in. Customer services were lovely and so kind and as I said, very tasty and loved by my mum. Just maybe consider a better courier or putting it in better/safer packaging or this type of damage will happen frequently.

• Imaginative presentation not seen elsewhere, makes the site somewhat more likely for people to stay on
