• Great value ur absolutely love it I put in mine 2 slices of amazing looking cake triple chocolate and Red velvet with a hot chocolate sashay and a Nescafe latte all fresh and taste amazing

• The complaint process i felt i was disregarded by the email sent, a phone call would have been nice, I'm not sure if my Mum got it wrong but it didn't appear so judging by what i saw. Felt like i was told i was talking nonsense, customer service is very important to me and we all like to feel special, feedback is always meant to help.
