• The cake was rated by the recipient as delicious- it had a few days shelf like - but not weeks - which is a good thing it made it seem more ‘homemade’ and less mass produced. I was informed that the cake didn’t taste like a long shelflife cake. The recipient said it wasn’t a waste of money and would be happy to have more cake next year, the recipient is a ‘foodie’ so by all accounts good reviews.
