• Being offered a £5 deal for a cake card meant I could send my son a special treat for finishing uni exams. He’d already had one cake card from me earlier in the year (lucky chap) and loved it, so sending an extra one at a reasonable price was a win-win. Thank you x

• Bought as presents, so haven't actually seen or sampled them but the recipients were very happy with their cake cards (especially as one is celiac so having a gluten free option is amazing! :)

• I was hoping for an awesome, I can’t be with you so here’s a surprise bday cake and a cocktail vibe, this sorely missed the point. The packaging was unclear what it was - my mum pulled out the plastic cake tray and didn’t realise there even was a card, the card itself has an ENORMOUS grey border too so doesn’t even sit on the shelf well as a card

• I think it's a really clever idea because I don't want to send a whole cake anyway - and it's easy because you can send it through the post without leaving the house or it taking a lot of effort. As I said, I haven't seen the product, or tasted the cake, but the people I've sent the product too have all been touched and loved it. You're doing a great job!!!

• The idea, cake in a card, seemed great and it was well wrapped and arrived on time, however, despite lovely tasty icing the cake itself was too dry. Designer cardboard if I am honest.
