Refund Policy

Our delivery partners do their best to make all deliveries on the day you request. However, very occasionally events outside of our control occur and deliveries are delayed. Therefore we recommend allowing an extra day for special occasions.
Should your order be delayed, we will ensure the delivery is made the following working day and failing that we will offer to fully refund the delivery charge.
Should your order be delayed, we will do our best to ensure the delivery is made the following working day. Deliveries more than a day late will be offered a delivery fee refund.
If you have opted for an express delivery service and the delivery has not been attempted by then, we will refund the premium you have paid.
