At Sponge, we understand that no celebration is complete without a delicious cake. Whether it's a birthday bash, a wedding extravaganza, an anniversary, or any other special occasion. Sending a cake is made simple with Sponge’s cake delivery service.

We have two cake delivery options to choose from. Our standard delivery service is most suitable for orders under 4kg (approximately 2 ‘for 16’ cakes). Our standard delivery days are Monday – Saturday, and we provide you with tracking information via our courier so that you can see where your cake is.
Chosen delivery dates are not guaranteed under this service type.

Why not treat yourself to our premium cake delivery service? There are no weight limits, and it’s available to our general delivery area⁴. You can select our premium delivery service for Tuesday – Friday delivery date, you’ll get tracking information and a notification regarding delivery from the courier company. If for any reason our courier fails to deliver your cake on the delivery date selected, we will give you a full credit for your order value.

If you’re ordering a cake or brownie for a special occasion, we recommend selecting the delivery date for a day or two before you require your order to make sure it is there in plenty of time. This is in case there are problems with the delivery (breakdowns, exceptional circumstances, or events). Our cakes and brownies have either a 7 or 10 day life from the date of dispatch, depending on the flavour, so even if they arrive a day or two early, they will still be fresh and delicious on your special occasion.
