• My Uncle was delighted by the card and the cake. I think he really enjoyed the cake quality.

• When I have mentioned the product, a few people have said things like 'seems a lot of money for a couple of slices of cake'. I've pointed out that this misses the point. This is somewhere in between an expensive present and a lovely indulgence, and the presentation alone is worth the money. Others think it's a great idea, as I do.

• A very thoughtful and different gift. The only thing that let it down was that I ordered 2 different slices of cake but received 2 of the same. The cake was quite nice, shame you have to eat it so quickly due to the sell by date
