• Having sent cake cards at Christmas I wanted to try one for myself as I felt I needed a treat, plus I wanted to see what my friends had received! The card was sturdy and cake intact on delivery! I'm gluten free and was disappointed the full range of GF cakes wasn't available in the cake card range as would really have liked to try the chocolate and caramel. Instead I got the new ginger one and a chocolate one. I have now tried 3 GF cakes from you and all were very good and not like the typical poor quality stuff generally found in GF cakes and bakes in stores! However I was a little disappointed in the ginger one as it really could have done with a bit more Ginger, never the less every crumb was eaten! I will order again in future, it's nice to know you're there!!

• This was a great gift to send to a friend, especially as I cant get out in lockdown. She was delighted with the surprise!

• Conceit is good but needs improvement. Very thin slices and dry cake, not really worth £10!

Cakes are always such a delicious treat and have been using the “Cake Card” as a go to gift that is value for money and bound to be enjoyed by any lucky recipient. The number of choices for different cakes is great including traditional and more diverse flavours.

• Glad to be able to send friend a small birthday gift of cake slices, she would not have wanted anything larger and it was a nice surprise. Shame it was 2 days after her birthday due to laye delivery.

• I know the cakes are usually great quality and it’s not sponges fault, but the cake was not as fresh as it took a week to deliver.

• All the people who have received a cake card have been more than happy with the the quality of the cakes and the novelty of the presentation. The selection is a really good range..excellent product....who ever thought of this deserves to make money!

• Great idea cake slices, tea and card. My 20something daughter received over Christmas from work I tried some cake and loved, card so cute and cake slices quality and tasty. I sent as a birthday card to sister in law and she was pleasantly surprised.

• It hasn't arrived one week on. So disappointed as it was a happy new year card to cheer up a friend who lives alone in London in lockdown. ☹️ However, I am usually really pleased with your deliveries and service.

• I particularly like the two slice option because it gives you the choice of playing it safe and also adding another flavour. Also it’s nice for the recipient, if they wanted, to share the slice over a cuppa. One I ordered, I suggested they may want to go 50/50, but the recipient was - nah! I also like the idea that you could have sweets instead. Please don’t remove this option!

• I ordered two slices of cake as a surprise present for my parents, who are in their eighties. The aim was to cheer them up because of us not being able to see them over Christmas, because of the Covid situation. They were delighted with it! So, mission accomplished - thank you very much! :)

• When you are buying for someone whose taste in cakes you're not 100% sure of the option to add a second slice of a different flavour is really useful. And when you know their favourite they can have a double!
