Strawberry & Proseccco Cake – This is our summer cake of choice, in fact, it’s our limited-edition cake for the summer! The light and summery sponge is flavoured with prosecco and has strawberry pieces running through it. It is sandwiched together with a layer of prosecco flavoured buttercream and a layer of sweet strawberry buttercream. On top, you will find more prosecco buttercream, a smattering of strawberries, and a dusting of strawberry powder. The perfect cake for lovers of this popular Italian tipple! Banoffee Sponge - The light and fluffy sponge is flavoured with pureed bananas and has chunks of chocolate running through it, giving it an added crunch and a welcome chocolate hit. It is sandwiched together with a delicious layer of thick toffee buttercream in the middle, another layer on top, and drizzled with melted chocolate. Banana, toffee, and chocolate are a match made in heaven. If you like banoffee pie then you will love our cake version!
Rainbow Sponge Cake - Our colourful new rainbow cake is made up of four layers of light and fluffy vanilla sponge with three layers of deliciously sweet vanilla buttercream sandwiched between. Vanilla buttercream also covers the entire cake and it is then coated very generously in a cloud of white chocolate flakes. The perfect rainbow birthday cake for any age, or a great cake to cheer up a loved one. Lemon Sponge – A refreshing cake that ideal for summer celebrations. The sponge is infused with natural lemon oil and made with free range eggs to create a light and fluffy citrus cake. Natural lemon oil is also used in the buttercream and white chocolate is drizzled on top. Apple Crumble Cake - Real apple pieces, juicy sultanas, cinnamon and free-range eggs make a wonderfully light and tasty sponge. Real butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a luscious buttercream with crumble on top. The fruitiness is great for a summer party, refreshing with every bite and we all love fruit in summer. This is available as a gluten-free apple crumble cake as well.
