It is sandwiched together with a delicious layer of thick toffee buttercream in the middle, another layer on top and drizzled with melted chocolate. What's In The Mix
Free range eggs, banana puree and chocolate chips make a light and fluffy banana flavoured sponge. Toffee flavouring is swirled in to the buttercream with real English butter and icing sugar to create a wonderfully thick toffee buttercream. Melted chocolate is drizzled on top for a pretty finish.
Our toffee buttercream is made with natural toffee flavouring which is swirled in to butter and sugar to create a wonderfully thick and sweet buttercream complimenting the banana and chocolate flavours perfectly just like the classic dessert.

How do I arrive?
Our sponge cakes are packaged in secure and robust packaging. The inner box is wrapped around the cake to securely hold it in place so the sides and top do not get damaged in transit. The box also includes a handy cutting guide! It is then put in a strong cardboard outer box for extra protection so it will arrive to you safely.

Very delicious and mourish. If you want a change from the same old pattisserie Cakes smothered in sickly cream, then this is definately worth ordering and you wont regret it.

One of the best flavours ever. Very moist sponge compared to some others in the Sponge range that can be a little dry. This had a generous amount of icing and really should be on the regular menu all the time. A shame it’s limited time only.

Not really "banoffee" - more like "banana and chocolate". Flavour not bad (if you get past the lack of toffee/caramel flavour), but chocolate chips had all sunk to the bottom of the sponge (rather than being spread throughout) and sponge was very dense.

The cake was great. Really moist and flavoursome. Sweet but not too sweet and it stayed fresh for several days. It arrived chilled so assumed it is dispatched frozen but this didn’t put me off.
