Our Apple Crumble cake has a beautifully light cinnamon sponge with sultanas and real apple pieces running through it. Generous vanilla buttercream sandwiches the sponge, and the crumble pieces scattered on top give the cake a welcome bit of crunch.

Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Absolutely delicious moist cake with just the right amount of buttercream and lovely chunks of apple in the sponge along with a lovely cinnamon flavour. Cake stays soft for more than long enough! Have ordered cake cards before for people but this first whole cake will not be my last already thinking of occasions I can order one for !
