• Really enjoy your cakes and very grateful for the gluten free selection. However, the Victoria Sponge I ordered was sickly sweet and needed a lot of tea to wash down. Less sugar would have meant a cake that you can enjoy without feeling wiped out afterwards.

• I was on the phone with my son as he unwrapped his cake. As he took off the inner packaging, he said to me: "Oh I wish you could smell this - it's amazing!" I knew there and then that he was in for a real treat as he celebrated his birthday in lockdown with a couple of friends! Having recently gone gluten-free for health issues, he was delighted that Sponge offers this gluten-free option and says it's just as good as any Victoria sponge he's eaten. Highly recommendable!

• I ordered gluten free victoria sponge for my mother's 80th birthday and she was absolutely delighted by the quality of the cake, she has put half in the freezer so there is more to look forward to. She has a couple of friends who also require gluten free food and recommended already to them your product. The presentation was also fantastic, the wrapping and so on. She was simply thrilled with the entire idea and quality. I was unable to be with my mother for her birthday because of the covid virus situation, and wanted to give her a nice surprise and something different. The cake was perfect gift. Thank you. • Absolutely excellent, tasty gluten free cake, lots of buttercream and jam with a truly authentic taste. Shame it's more expensive but wonderful nonetheless.

• This is the first time I tried this cake and I wouldn’t order it again. The cake was far too sweet for the guests and the butter cream had a slight smell which made it not particularly appetising.
