• An excellent product. The cake tasted amazing and moist with a generous amount of jam and buttercream , it was hard to believe it was a gluten free cake as some recipes and other makes are so dry. I found the cake to be excellent value for the size and the service was brilliant, came as promised on the delivery slot I chose. • I like your concept, cake by post , overall quality and taste needs more development. Your packaging is great and well thought out , they always arrive safely Flavours could be less synthetic tasting , haven’t tried your gluten free lemon drizzle yet I buy them for convenience not taste Just to let you know I’m a retired home economics teacher, have written several cookery books and very particular about what I eat

• The gf Victoria sponge is my husbands absolute favourite & he isn't gf..the sponge is soft & light - the jam is rich & generously spread. I buy a 16 size to put in my cake tin on the work surface in my kitchen, it doesn't quite make a week, as whoever passes that way will pinch a slice to have with their tea. It is always a winner.

• This is the second GF Victoria I have had the cakes are so delicious they arrive well packed look beautiful it’s just so lovely for me to find a GF cake I can really enjoy the other flavours look very nice too but my favourite cake has always been Victoria and this is the best we have ever tasted so glad I found this company.

• I ordered the cakes for my sons 17th Birthday, one Easter special and one Victoria sponge. They were both amazing quality cakes, lots of filling and so light and moist. Nobody would even know they were gluten-free

• This is an excellent gluten-free cake. I very much prefer it to the gluten-free versions that you buy in cafes and supermarkets. In fact, it is just a great cake in it’s own right, gluten-free or not!
