• Thick sponge which made a deep cake. Just enough filling so it didn't make it too sweet.

• Became unwell but needed a birthday cake quickly. This cake was delicious and perfect for further decorating. Delivered quickly and on time. Would definitely use Sponge again!

• From order, to delivery, to eating - this was a first class experience. Cakes are reasonably priced, but it’s the taste that has won me over. A good red velvet cake is not as common as one would think. Most are dry, or overly sweet or get the balance wrong between sponge and filling. Not so here. Absolutely delicious. • Went down a treat. Perfect size for a birthday cake. We just added a liverpool fc cake topper and it made it. Not often you get a celebration cake for under 30 pound with the decorations too

• My daughter asked for a red velvet birthday cake and this was perfect! With being a large cake, I wondered if it would end up a bit on the dry side....too much cake to frosting ratio - but this was far from it. It was huge, plenty to go round & the cream cheese frosting was to die for. Will definitely order from this company again.

• Fantastic bakes!! Thank you. We’re still fighting over the crumbs now! I ordered a large coffee cake and a smaller red velvet cake for my daughter’s 18th. Grown up cakes, light, moist and delicious. I’m recommending you to everyone! Thank you. Though the boxes were delivered to us sideways on, the packaging was brilliant, so no damage done. Would have eaten them anyway as they were so tasty!
