• Excellent moist cake, the icing and filling were a bit too sweet for my taste. The walnuts were disappointing. Seemed almost stale, but we did eat them.

• A great cake when you don't want to indulge too much. It has a perfect balance of nuts and sultanas, with a delicious icing to finish it off. 50% treat, 50% healthy eating: no guilty conscience afterwards!

• Tasted like a home made cake rather than a chemical bought cake. My mum was very complimentary. Also, it can be frozen which was beneficial as during lockdown my mum and dad couldn’t get through a whole cake by themselves so they’ve put half in the freezer for a later date!
