I have used sponge for many years and the one thing I have found is the excellent consistency. The cakes are perfect and honestly cannot fault them. They taste wonderful and although you can get cheaper alternatives you will be thinking why didn't I pay that little bit extra and get a much better cake. I will continue to use.
