We believe cakes taste best when they arrive, but if needed, you can freeze our Victoria Sponge cake for up to six months. Just then defrost for around 10 hours before serving and ensure the cake is up to room temperature before eating.

Storing a cake in the fridge can dry out the cake and give it a dry texture. We would recommend storing in an air-tight container at room temperature. Our cakes will last from around 7 - 10 days from dispatch.
