• I didnt expect it to be that good but to my surprise its totally exceptional. Its almost like the taste of an old skool iced birthday cake.

• Arrived intact and looked appetising. Tasted great and we got many slices out of it. For such a large cake it was well made and perfectly flat on top so we could add candles and decoration. I would certainly buy this again.

• The Victoria sponge cake is comforting and the closest to homemade we've tried. We have sent it to a few friends who have all enjoyed it very much, too. The sponge is light, the buttercream is smooth and creamy and the jam adds a little fruit sharpness. Delicious!

• The Gluten Free Victoria Sponge is perfect to buy for family occasions. Everyone eats the cake and wants to know where I get it from because it is delicious. The best part is my relative who has celiac disease feels included as everyone eats the same cake.
