• Appreciated the coffee beans on top of icing as generally no one in the house likes the usual walnuts on a coffee cake but loves the rest! Could really taste the coffee flavour coming through. Beautiful moist texture with a good amount of lbutter cream.

• Another delicious cake. First time I have tried this one and the quality is just as good as the vegan product. If I have one criticism it is that perhaps the filling was a little too sweet but I guess that's very much down to personal preference and whilst there was sufficient filling, there wasn't too much.

• The coffee cake is quite superb. This is the third time I have bought and sent it as a gift and it is always a resounding success. The fact that it doesn’t have walnuts is really unusual but a fantastic recipe as not everybody is a fan of walnuts! All I’d say is the cake disappears so quickly we soon need to order another one ?

• The cake, once divided into eight, gave nice generous portions - very happy with that. The buttercream icing was perfect; the sponge was very nice but just a tad dry. Still enjoyed it immensely though!

• Delicious - much nicer than shop bought cakes. Serving sizes are generous, we got 12 slices out of our ‘cake for 8’ without being at all stingy. Will definitely be ordering again.
