• Ok - possibly the best coffee cake I have ever had. The sponge is moist and light with the perfect ratio of sponge to buttercream. The coffee taste is great - not too bitter nor too sweet. The chocolate coffee beans on top finish this cake so well.

• Always use Sponge for cake delivery. I love the fact there are gluten free options too which I often order and nobody can tell the difference! Really delicious, good value and great selection. My absolute ‘go to’ whenever I need a cake, or cake card.

• We are repeat customers and can confirm that the cakes delivered have been consistently excellent. The only reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is the additional Saturday delivery costs. That will not stop us from buying more in the future

• Slightly too sweet but a good strong coffee flavour. The sponge is very light and moist.

• The coffee bean chocolates are great... this is one of my favourite flavours I reduce the amount of buttercream as I find it too sweet... this is the case with all cakes I have bought not a particular fault with Sponge

• Personally I would have preferred walnuts too for the more traditional coffee and walnut cake but it was very tasty. Delivery I was alerted was not due until after 5pm which wasn't ideal as it was a birthday cake delivery. but then it came about 2pm which was better (although that wasn't shown through DHL)

• I think it was a great choice. Tried it first time. And can’t go wrong for the taste, quality, quantity. We absolutely loved it. Well, my husband was very happy I ordered the coffee cake. He kept thanking me and we had a slice for breakfast, post lunch, with tea and then even dinner. Oh my. Too much of sugar rush!!!

• This particular cake was quite dry unlike others you have provided. It was very cold when it arrived and I thought it had been frozen so I hoped that after 24 hours in an ambient temperature it would be more moist. It was better but not nearly as good as others I have had from you.
