• As a Birthday VCake it was superb, pleased everyone!

• We were really pleased with the 4 sharing flavours, each flavour was easily identifiable from the top of the cake. Our guests were really impressed that they could pick a flavour and we felt like we were catering to everyone's tastes. I will be using sponge.co.uk in the future.

• The whole service was exceptional, the cake was moist, well presented but expensive

• Great idea for family occasions, serving for 8 but enough for 2 pieces each, quality and taste for all flavours were excellent!

• It was particularly helpful to have four different cake options, with friends/family able to opt for their particular favourite.

• Awesome and I will definitely be ordering again! The fact that we got four different flavours meant that everyone got a piece of something they liked and we had no wasted cake! All the flavours were delicious and I can’t wait to order some different flavours just to see what they’re like! I love the idea of the baby sponges so they are in my next wish list.

• Firstly and most importantly, the cake is DELICIOUS. It’s soft, flavourful, the buttercream filling was beautifully smooth and sweet. (Would ask you to consider offering a seedless jam option for your Victoria sponge). The presentation is beautiful and the cake is still excellent and fresh 5 days later. I love that I can have more than one flavour in my cake. Will definitely be back!!!

• I ate the coffee cake which I don’t actually like but this was delicious. It was a sharing cake for six people aged 22 to 70. Something for everyone. Fresh soft sponge.yum!

• Good selection of favourite cakes. Each guest chose their favourite flavour. Then just had to try another flavour! Enjoyed by all.

• BEST CAKE EVER! I first tasted your cake a year ago at Heathrow Airport when your spongecakes was given out to mark their 100th year anniversary. I became obsessed but unfortunately I couldn't remember the name of your company until I came across your site a few weeks ago. I quickly ordered some for my birthday ? (yes, thats who excited I was, I ordered myself a birthday cake) and ones again, you have not disappointed!! I've never tasted such softness in a cake before, it practically melt in your mouth. • This was a surprise for our son. He and his friend agreed that it was probably the best spongecake they had tasted. Based on that you can expect another order in the not too distant future.

• Very happy, we all enjoyed the taste and texture. Great for a present, my daughter was very happy. Not happy with delivery, was very late in the day and left at the wrong address, but disappointed as it was a present.☹️
