• It was just what we wanted.

• So good to be able to have a selection of flavours to cater for different tastes. It’s always a crowd pleaser.

• I've used Sponge a couple of times before, and the quality and choice is always fantastic.

• My dad lives alone now and his wife is in nearby nursing home. I live too far to visit easily and sent him a sharing cake which he took into the home and shared with all the staff and his wife on his birthday. The video call was a real treat everyone singing happy birthday and sharing Sponge cake. Thanks

This one was for my sister in law and fortunately she is generous and brought (the remainder) round for a cuppa - it was delicious...now this was 3 days after delivery and still tasted very fresh. • I bought these two sharing cakes for the NHS staff on the cancer wards at QE Hospital, King's Lynn. I delivered the cakes as they were delivered to me so did not see inside the outer box, but I trust the cake was as good as always. I have bought several sponges now but always for others so have never tried them myself.

• chose the 'different' flavoured cake, which was ideal for a grandson that had not seen for 18months, so was not sure what his favourite flavour would be!
