• Lovely moist cake and not to sweet

• Beautifully moist, tasty and zingy- you would never guess it was gluten free.

• If you like lemon, go for this it was delicious. The gluten free cake is moist and lemony.

• A delicious light and moist sponge with a tangy lemon taste. The buttercream filling was generous and the cake still tasted good after a couple of days.

• Loved the cake. Not happy with the delivery as it was left on its side meaning it was flat on one side.

• This was one of 5 different gluten free cakes, both homemade and commercial at a coeliac's birthday party. The universal opinion of attendees, and my own, was that it was slightly too sweet compared to the other cakes. With previous cakes from Sponge I hadn't noticed, but in comparison to others it was very obvious.

• Beautiful light sponge - with plentiful buttercream filling but it wasn’t sickly. You’d never know it was GF and all the family loved it. The size of the cake is generous and we were delighted.

• We have tried a few gluten free sites but this is just the best. Would never use anyone else again. If you are gluten free you have to try these. You really wouldn't know the difference.

• Tiny bit more lemon possibly. There was a slight crunchiness - not unpleasant - of undissolved sugar. But I would order again and our guests enjoyed the cake.
