• You cannot tell this cake is gluten free. It’s moist, lemony & delicious.

• It's the most amazing cake so far! It was the gluten-free option on Christmas Day and all the normals wanted to try it too! I will definitely be buying this one again! But I say that about all your cakes! It's a 5 out of 5 for me & and yes, I would recommend!

I often find that he’ll be very slow to get through something and maybe end up leaving some, but he’s having some of this every day and has almost finished it. It is really tangy, tasty and moist. The cream in the middle is lovely! There’s nothing wrong with it! Delicious!

• Absolutely delicious soft to the last mouth full , Lovely and lemony (my granddaughter 8 was crying because she is Celiac as well and her school had a bake sale for a little girl who has cancer so she wanted to give her money but there was nothing Gluten Free ! So she just put her money in anyway ,She was so upset)! Anyway I ordered this cake to cheer her up because i didn't want her to be sad ! She said it was the best of your cake's so far and next time she is going to get one for the bake sale as it looks like a real one lol ! So it was a winner all round thank you so much to all involved at "Sponge" to some it's just a cake but to my granddaughter it was so much more !!!

• I ordered the gluten free lemon drizzle cake for my husband’s birthday. He thought it was delicious, light and incredibly moorish. We all enjoyed it.

Gluten free baking can sometimes be rather leaden and over-crumbly, but this one was deliciously light and moist and thoroughly enjoyed by us all.
