• This is a fine cake. I’m not a chocolate lover but my husband is, so I got it for his birthday and orderedGF so I could try it too. Sometimes chocolate cakes can be sickly but you have a well balanced cake here, Rich, but not too rich, and not too sweet.

• This is the best Gluten Free cake I have ever tasted. Initially sceptical by the price (£25+), but as GF is a bit of a rarity, given it a chance was worth it for a birthday. Everyone was surprised and impressed by the quality of this cake. The texture, flavour and lightness propelled this to another dimension, and would absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, purchase again for other special occasions.
