• This cake is great. Everyone loved it, and it wasn't obvious it's gluten free. More on the sweet side, but overall very good.

• The texture of this gluten free cake is second to none. The butter cream was well mixed not too much sugar. Chocolate shavings of white and milk chocolate was a hit with the Grandchildren and adults alike.

We are in love with the victoria sponge but the chocolate was surprisingly just as yummy ! As chocolate can be dry in other big supermarket brands but this was moist and tasty, top marks !
