• It was a gift for a friend’s birthday and she said it was delicious and that you wouldn’t know it was gluten free.

• My daughter is celiac and getting a good GF Cake has been difficult (they tend to be a little dry). I’ve now had a few cakes from Sponges and they’ve all been delicious. This chocolate cake was very light and not too sweet.

• You can't tell the difference between the non gluten free and the gluten free cakes,delicious.

• GF cakes can be a bit hit and miss in my experience, often a little powdery tasting, but this cake was lovely and just the right consistency. It was enjoyed by all and was generously portioned to feed the whole party.

• I bought the 8 inch gluten free chocolate cake. Sliced it into flat fingers, placed them all in 2 tupperware tubs and froze them. I take a slice or 2 out at a time and the hardest part is waiting for them to defrost. They taste fresh and moist everytime. Planning on working my way through all the gf flavours. God help my hips!
