• As per usual this went down a treat. We were going away for my husbands birthday with limited packing space but needed a cake for when we arrived. This was the perfect solution as the cakes are so well packed for transport. It was kept safe in its box even though it was buried in my luggage!

• Sponge cakes are made to a very high quality. The flavour of this particular cake was absolutely delicious and nice and moist

• Really lovely cake, nice and moist thanks to the big chunks of apple throughout. Generously filled with buttercream and a lovely crumble topping, it kept well and is one of the nicest cakes I've had from here.

• Oh my word! Don't hesitate to get this, its an amazing moist flavorful cake. No one knew it was gluten free, everyone commented on how moist and yummy it was and we all loved the big bits f apple in it. Of course i had two slices!! Great job guys!

• Honestly your gluten free lemon cake has been my favourite for a couple of years! But this one is also absolutely delicious! My children (not gluten free) couldn't get enough of it! Comparing it to carrot cake without the nuts, and I agree, spot on! Will definitely be ordering this one again soon!

• Always love this cake but more apple less sugar, I think would appeal to more people. More options on gluten free, nut free would be great!
