Our Spiced Orange & Cranberry Sponge Cake is back again for the festive season! The sponge is full of warming seasonal spices, natural orange flavouring and whole cranberries which are baked in to the sponge. Complimented with an orange flavoured buttercream in the middle and drizzled with fresh orange juice on top along with crunchy Demerara sugar and gold stars.

Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.
