Full of warming seasonal spices, natural orange flavouring and whole cranberries which are baked in to the gluten free sponge. Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

ALLERGENS IN BOLD. Made in a kitchen which handles eggs, nuts, milk, soya & sulphites.
Our gluten free cakes are made in a separate kitchen to our standard cakes, by a team who will only work in that kitchen all day and do not move between kitchens. Ingredients are stored separately and no equipment is shared between the gluten free kitchen and the kitchen where the rest of our cakes are made.

We enjoyed the cake over all but found it very sweet. We have also had much lighter GF cakes in the past. Lots of cranberries though with a good taste of orange. If the presentation and lightness of the cake was better this would have been a 4 at least.

Deceptive - doesn't look much as it is decorated only with tiny stars rather than any icing or butter cream but the first bite is incredible! Such a tasty cake, very moist, packed with big pieces of cranberry and a subtle orange flavour. My daughter says it's the nicest flavour of cake we have bought and we have sampled quite a few!
