What's in the mix?

Juicy sultanas, free range eggs, lemon juice, gluten free flour mix and ground almonds create this fruity sponge. Quality apricot jam binds the sponge together and demerara sugar is dusted on top for added crunch.

A delicious layer of apricot jam holds this sponge together and compliments the fruity sponge perfectly. On top you will find a generous sprinkling of golden sugar for some added sweetness and crunch!

Our Gluten and Dairy Free Elizabeth cake packs a fruity punch with apricot and lemon flavours complimented by ground almonds. It is sandwiched together with apricot jam and finished with a golden crown of Demerara Sugar.

STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
