• If you like apple, cinnamon and cake...You need this cake in your life. It is absolutely scrumptious! Needless to say, this didn’t last long. The crumb sprinkled on the top is delicious along with the gentle apple flavour through the sponge. The butter cream feeling isn’t too heavy and compliments the cake perfectly. ‘Sponge‘ is very popular in our home so will be ordering more scrumptious cakes very soon.

• As big apple crumble lovers, having it in cake form is marvellous! There are chunks of apple, with plump sultanas and the sponge is SO moist. We had a slice with a cup of tea or we had a slice with some vanilla ice cream. We ordered this for our daughter’s 8th birthday and we’ll definitely be ordering it again.

• The cake was amazing. Tasted delicious and great quality and size!. Just the right amount of cinnamon. Sponge was light yet moist with fruit in it. Filling was not too sweet and the crumble topping was a lovely texture on top. Fantastic!
