sponge is a little dry give it some more time.

their packaging for up to 12 hours or when it reaches room temperature. It will then be at its
full, fluffy glory. Cake is always at its best when it’s cosy, not chilly.

sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of

ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.
Extremely tasty, lemon meringue cake, which was bought to celebrate a 50th birthday and enjoyed by all. The only thing I would say is that it maybe could have been a little more lemony. We ate 4 slices and there was plenty more to go round. It is certainly good value for money.

A nice flavoured cake, quite a novel choice for a vegan cake, so that was exciting. The texture was looser and crumblier than the red velvet that we had, but it was still enjoyable.
This was the first order that I had placed with Sponge - I was a bit hesitant at first, as recent online purchases of vegan cakes have been a bit disappointing, but the Vegan Lemon Meringue Cake was enjoyed by everyone - Vegan & Non-Vegans!

The vegan lemon meringue was DELICIOUS! Still moist for my mums birthday on Sunday, even though it was delivered on Friday. We also had leftovers on Tuesday and they were STILL yummy. Thanks so much!
