• Looks good and the sponge was so moist and tasty. I love the frosting on carrot cake so would prefer a little more depth to that (as in more of it, not depth of flavour). 5/5, 10/10, brilliant cake.

• Ordered Vegan Carrot cake for wife's Birthday. She loves carrot cake, I am not a big fan of carrot cake, but I enjoyed this cake !! Cake is moist and spongy, not too sweet like some others. Will be ordering other cakes in the future!

• It’s called a carrot cake but should be carrot and walnut as there were lots of walnuts in it I bought this for a friends birthday. There were 4 of us, but they couldn’t believe it was vegan. • Good moisture and spicy flavour. Icing was a good substitute for cream cheese. Size was good for 8 reasonable portions.

• Really good taste and texture. Had read some reviews that said it was dry, but this was not the case at all and assume that previous reviewers must have put in the fridge or eaten it too cold.
