• I didnt see or eat the product, but the recipients were delighted, said it was so nice and packed so carefully.

• This carrot cake was moist and tasty. It had a lovely texture and just the right amount of topping without being sickly. I had to have a second slice!

• Ordered Vegan Carrot cake for wife's Birthday. She loves carrot cake, I am not a big fan of carrot cake, but I enjoyed this cake !! Cake is moist and spongy, not too sweet like some others. Will be ordering other cakes in the future!

It really is the best carrot cake I have ever tasted, so moist and packed full of fruit and walnuts, also it was huge! • It’s called a carrot cake but should be carrot and walnut as there were lots of walnuts in it I bought this for a friends birthday. There were 4 of us, but they couldn’t believe it was vegan. It was absolutely delicious. Someone thought it was the best carrot cake they had ever had. I just thought it was the best cake I had ever had! Soft, moist and full of flavour and spices. I could order another just for me……..

• This was enjoyed by everyone, vegans and non vegans. Packed with walnuts and deliciously moist. It cut into 12 good sized slices.
