• See above, other carrot cakes are oily, this was perfect. And as you would expect, no one guessed that it was gluten free. It is a joy for me to be able to order such a high quality cake and share it with family (I’m the only coeliac). I even managed to convince my mum to try it (she’s not a fan of carrot cake) and she enjoyed it.

• The cake was beautifully presented, delicious and looked great! It stayed fresh for several days . Only thing to say whilst it tasted good and was moist it didn’t have a lot of carrot/ fruit in the cake

• The gluten free carrot cake was delicious! Not dry at all, which is always my concern with gluten free cake. I would definitely order it again, as long as I’m not too tempted to try some others! The delivery was possibly a little more costly than I would have liked, But the cake arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would certainly order again and recommend to others. Thank you

• Very nice tasting, fresh cake, could of had better presentation, the nuts on top of cake were too big and made cake look slightly messy. Also some areas on top didn’t have icing, but it did taste lovely.

• The best gluten free carrot cake I have ever had and yes it had walnuts in which are so often missed out, a real treat, who would believe it is gluten free, thank you it was absolutely delicious.

• Very nice indeed for gluten free. Fairly crumbly but I don’t know how that can be avoided. Those who don’t have to avoid gluten liked it too. Bigger than I thought.
