• The cake was beautifully moist and packed with nuts and flavour. A gluten free must try for the coeliacs but also for the rest of the family who said they couldn’t tell it was gluten free anyway. A really nice birthday cake, equally as nice as the gluten free chocolate and caramel one we ordered last time and will be returning to try more another time.

• This cake was really complex in flavour, with the walnuts, cinnamon etc. The filling was delicious. It managed to be very rich without being over-sweet. Personally I am not the cake eater in the family but I could eat some of this every day
