• Lovely spiced flavours and great texture for a gluten free cake. This was shared by people who don’t have gluten intolerance and everyone really enjoyed it! The icing was delicious too

• I ordered this for my husbands birthday. I'm the coeliac not him however, this is his favourite cake.

• This was the first order I had made from Sponge and I wasn’t disappointed. My son, who is gluten free, requested a carrot cake for his birthday so the hunt was on. This cake was delicious and looked great! My son and all the other guests at his party could not tell it was gluten free and a lot of them went in for second helpings. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

• I have had the glue free carrot cake several times. It was my favourite cake. On this occasion I was disappointed. It was dry rather than moist. It had less flavour. A few of the nuts did not taste fresh. To be honest, not sure if I would order it again.

• Tasted very homemade with lots of nuts and raisins. Not too sweet. Frosting was excellent and just the right amount-also not too sweet.

• Great choice for a mixed party of coeliacs and non coeliacs. The addition of some birthday candles made it perfect and it tasted great too
