• Very tasty

• I’m a regular buying of this combination cake, have tried most flavours, all excellent, but favourite is the Victoria Sponge….delicious! It’s the smallest of comment, but have found all of the GF/V cake to just be on the slight sweet side. It has never deterred from the enjoyment of it, but just a mention, other than that, our family love your cakes.

• Excellent. Tasted brilliant - even if compared to non-free cakes!

• Sponge was light, and I genuinely wouldn’t have known it was gluten/dairy free. The jam was just right, and not too much of it, the cream was the star of the show for me….. lovely and creamy without being over sweet. Limited myself to one slice, but could’ve eaten half the cake easily!! And finally, although I’d looked at the dimensions, it was bigger then I expected…..what a bonus 😁

• I would recommend this product. Much nicer than the usual gluten free cakes you get in the shop.

• Very enjoyable. I tried it when it arrived and it's so much better when it's had time come up to room temperature. I would prefer the jam to be less sweet but otherwise it's a lovely victoria sponge that me and my partner (who has no food allergies/ intolerances) enjoyed.

• Fantastic cake, would not worry about where to store it once it's opened! The look was pristine and you could not tell it was dairy free! I cannot remember how glutenous Victoria Sponges tasted like, but I doubt it was better either.

• It's was a very tasty cake. Sometimes when you take out the gluten and the diary you would assume you take out the taste. But no it was yummy

• Cake is lovely and light and lovely dairy free ‘buttercream’ It is such a joy to eat a ‘normal’ piece of cake that fits in with dietary requirements after so many sickly, dry offerings from other companies/manufacturers More flavours please - coffee would be lovely

• The gluten free sponge is amazing, shame it’s gluten free / vegan as the buttercream really let it down.

• The cake was a gift for my sister-in-law, a skilled home baker, who said it was amazing. Family also gave it the thumbs up. Since contracting long covid, she has been unable to tolerate dairy & gluten, which seems to be quite common in those with post viral syndromes. It’s been hard to find food gifts that cater for this, particularly fresh items, so I was delighted to find your product. Thank you.
