• This cake was super delicious, couldn't tell it was dairy and gluten free!

• So nice my partner eats it and visiting family too and they're not gf or dairy intolerant!

• This cake was indistinguishable from a regular cake, the taste and texture was all there and nothing felt lacking from a "real cake" my partner, who constantly feels like he cant eat anything normal, had a great birthday and felt like a regular guy for once.

• Victoria sponge is lovely. In the past we had the gf apple crumble cake which is our absolute favourite but short notice order for my sister this time so happy with Victoria for her as it is lovely and moist

• A very good "free-from" cake. Have tried numerous different gluten / dairy free substitutes. They often taste chalky and are overly sweet to mask a loss of flavour. This had a nice and smooth texture and good flavour without relying purely on sweetness. The jam layer was very thin in places, with a fair amount of areas having just cream. If it had 30-50% more jam I would give 5 stars.

• Soft, light sponge with delicious jam and "cream" filling - extremely moreish! You wouldn't know it was gf and dairy free.

• 13 people had a slice of cake and confirmed it was beautiful, one of the best for presentation and flavour.

• I have so missed the taste of a good victoria sponge. No longer !!

• the cake was polished off by all. everyone loved it! even some very fussy autistic kids. soft and tasty and most liked the filling. a few thought there was a bit too much cream verses jam but mostly well recieved.

• We needed a dairy free cake and I was a little disappointed we had to get gluten free as well as these cakes can be a bit dry, however Spinge did not disappoint. The GF cake was tasty and lovely and moist. Everyone enjoyed it and no one felt they were losing out with it being DF and GF!

• Really good texture for a ‘free from’ cake. Very moist and tasty. The medium size cake easily cuts into 12 portions so is good value.

• Cake was delicious and really good quality. Especially for the price! Normally with a gf/df cake it's really small and expensive but the cake was a great size and everyone really enjoyed it, even those without allergies. Enjoyed it so much have ordered another one to have a gf/df option at my wedding!
