• I didn’t receive these but the recipient told me the cakes were extremely tasty and well presented in the little boxes, delivered on time within the time frame quoted. My dad is an aficionado on cakes!! So if he says they are lovely then that’s the best review you could ever want.

• A really great idea. I sent them as a gift to someone who is in his eighties and lives alone. He could not have coped with eating and storing a large cake. Also, I was not sure what kind of cake he would like. The Baby Sponges gave me a chance to present him with a choice and he loved them all! He ate 2 on one day and 2 the next.

• I have received these as a gift and bought them twice for gifts. There is a vast choice plus a vegan option which I needed for one of my friends. They can be ordered at the last minute and are delivered on time. A perfect gift!

• Lovely and moist cakes, nicely packaged. They were incredibly strong flavours, incredibly over powering, especially the Vic sponge, carrot cake, apple crumble and carrot cake. The coffee cake and bakewell were delicious!
