• Was looking for something traditional for my mum. Was well packaged and the attention to detail was great. The cake was beautiful and so tasty. It was like had just stepped into an old fashioned tea room when had a bite. Will order from again

• It was a nice cake on top of the general comments section, I date sat the postal system was more to blame here than the cake company

• Please see comments above. I have ticked thumbs up/5 stars even though we did not, in the end, get a cake as I appreciated the good customer service. Perhaps you could not ask for these to be filled in when it is not appropriate. I was obliged to fill them in or you would not have received my comments and thanks.

• Cake was first class. Beautifully presented, tasted absolutely delicious and was not too sweet. They did not stint on the butter cream in the middle!

• Cake was delicious, would have preferred happy birthday written in icing rather than just plain Victoria sponge, (maybe I missed the option while placing the order) tho my son didn’t mind, he and his friends polished it off in no time!

• Cake for 16 it really was big enough to feed everyone. Can not get this taste from you local supermarket the taste is very good quality.

• Fantastic cakes, lovingly made with the best ingredients. Got the cake for my partner who lives 250 miles away, it was his birthday but I was unable to be with him due to lockdown. • The butter cream was much sweeter than when I make it. Almost too sweet to go with thecake. Almost...but obviously not to sweet. My family loved it.

• Really pleased. This product was for a 13 year old's birthday that we had originally intended to ice over and decorate, as we had previously done with shop bought cakes. On opening the box we realised that we were more likely to ruin things than improve on them as the 'naked product' was gorgeous. A small layer of icing on the top to hold candles and a couple of decorations was all that was needed. The cake was opened fully and consumed 2 days after delivery and was light and moist. We have already given the website details to those attending the party and will have no issues ordering in the future; thank you so much.
