• I ordered this cake for an Aunt’s birthday that is housebound. She was thrilled to receive it and said it was delicious!

• I love citrous flavours and this lemon meringue cake was extremely yummy.

• Cake looked really tempting and the flavour didn’t let it down. Zingy lemon made it a light refreshing cake and wanting another slice.

• Moist cake with a lovely sharp hint of lemon curd to balance the sweetness of the crunchy meringue pieces which were both on top and mixed into the butter icing . Yummy

• Lovely soft sponge with a decent amount of creamy filling and icing on top with broken meringue and lemon curd flavours. One of the best cakes I have had in a long time. It lasted well at room temperature.
