• Loved it. Purchased as a Brithday cake and went down a treat. My wife thought it was fantastic, very fresh and very, very tasty!

• How do it put it ... I DESTROYED IT. This is what my friend responded when he received it him and his dad loved it.

• I have tried several "flavours", coffee, chocolate etc, and this also did exactly what it said on the box. It was tangy, sweet, a bit of crunch, wonderful.

• This cake was divine! Just the right balance of sweet meringue and tart lemon-there was a fight over the last slice!!

• Lovely soft sponge with a decent amount of creamy filling and icing on top with broken meringue and lemon curd flavours. One of the best cakes I have had in a long time. It lasted well at room temperature.

• I ordered a GF and "normal " lemon meringue cake . We absolutely loved it. I cut the cake into slices and its in the freezer so we have cake to look forward too in the coming weeks.
