• Normally make my children's birthday cakes but this got me out of a fix and I was really impressed. 4.5/5 as it was just a tiny bit dry for a drizzle. I was icing it myself anyway so my extra icing helped it go down! I would definitely order again, wish I had discovered this site years ago!!

• I selected a simpler cake this time, based on my wife's preferences for her birthday. The cake was moist, a nice slightly crisper topping with the icing and just the right amount of lemon. Top job all round.
