• The cake was moist, tasty and interesting, with the two different flavours of sponge. My daughter said it was the best cake she’s had (and she’s tried most vegan cakes!)

• Choccy sponge tasted way better than vanilla sponge (some family thought the vanilla was a little chemically tasting…) minor nitpicking though - on the whole lovely

• As far as vegan cakes go it was pretty good, soft moist and quite tasty compared to some very tasteless vegan cakes. The icing and filling were particular lovely and impressive.

• Really moist and spongy and tasty. A lot of vegan recipes don't get the moisture right - this was spot on, like my pre-vegan Victoria sponges.

• Incredible taste, texture and amount. Some dairy free cakes can upset my stomach because of alternative ingredients but this was incredible with no weird after tastes either. This is the first vegan cake I have genuinely enjoyed and would buy again. I only chose dairy free due to my daughters milk protein allergy but I would probably buy again even when not breastfeeding.
