Pop leftovers in an airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry... no fridge chills or sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of joy.

Celebration postponed? Wrap your cake carefully and freeze for up to six months. When you’re ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.

Totally delicious, not at all dry, full of flavour, I buy because I cannot eat eggs, and when I share my vegan cake with friends, none of them would know it wasn't made without dairy/eggs. Whatever the recipe is, it's perfect!

As mentioned above, the cake was really good, moisture and texture was perfect but just a little too sweet.

Lovely warm ginger flavour with lemon in the butter cream. Not too sweet. The cake was moist and kept well in the cake tin.

I have ordered several cakes from Sponge and all have been delicious, all Vegan. This is my favourite, moist, super tasty and enjoyed by all (vegan and non vegan).
