• I didn’t have any as I am not vegan but my vegan friend said it was lovely

• Delicious! Purchased this as a birthday cake that my 3-year old son could share too (severe egg allergy and daily intolerant) and it was certainly a hit with him. It also went down well with others who traditionally turned away from vegan cakes because they didn’t think they’d be that nice- thanks, Sponge, you have proved them wrong!!

• Lovely chocolate taste light and fluffy and the right amount of cream looks great

• Couldn't decide between vegan choc or vegan carrot so I ordered both. Glad I did! My son loved this cake. Will now need an excuse to order the 3rd vegan flavour!!

• Fantastic cake, good chocolate flavour, light sponge and not too sweet. No one else knew that it was vegan and all commented on how nice it was, the cake was also a good size, which was perfect for eight people.

• The cake was for my son's 12th birthday. We have only gone vegan this year. Some of the sites we looked at were unappealing. Your site was the most appealing had all the information on it that we wanted. As we hadn't used you before was a bit worried how the cake would go down as half the family are not vegan. There were 8 of us and we ordered a 16 piece cake not realising how generous your sizes are. We still finished it the next day as everyone loved it!! Thank you for having such an affordable quality product. Will be looking at trying the carrot cake next.

I tried a slice (I’m not vegan).... absolutely one of the best cakes I have eaten.... so soft, light , melts in the mouth, Chocolatey, it’s like velvet it’s divine!!! Will definitely order again!!!! • I ordered a vegan chocolate sponge for my birthday. It was a good size and it was enjoyed by most. Others tend to eat larger amounts of sugar than I do, so personally, I found it too sweet, but it was a well risen, moist sponge and very well presented. Any chance of making a reduced sugar option?

• As it was a cake for vegan consumption. It was lovely to have the choice of three briloflavours 8 didn’t know what to choose but thought can’t go wrong with firm favourite chocolate. I was right daughter delighted ?

• The Vegan chocolate caKe was excellent. Light sponge, just the right amount of icing and perfect chocolatiers. We are going to be repeat customers as this was head and shoulders better than other bought cakes. Sadly it all went that evening and there only 4 of us.
