• The nicest cake I've had so far from sponge. It was a favourite throughout the family. Tons of filling and the right amount of yuminess. Highly recommended

• This gf df farmhouse cake has absolutely delicious flavour, it is moist, packed with fruit & has a gorgeous sticky glazed top. Definitely a new favourite sponge for me. (Just would love a lemon drizzle with lemon buttercream sponge in gf /df and life would be complete)

• The gluten free flour substitute gave the cake a slightly grained texture to a basic flour cake. This was unexpectedly enjoyable and gave it a new taste dimension.
