• I could recommend these baby sponges to any one who has tried gluten free cakes before and has been disappointed with the texture and taste. These gluten free baby sponges are light, full of flavour and you would not know they were made with gluten free ingredients, they are soooo good. We wanted to try some different flavours, so we could choose our favourite. We now have the problem that we liked all of them, so we will be doing more market research soon by placing our next order.
