Victoria: Our award-winning Victoria Sponge Cake is the ultimate indulgence! A light, fluffy vanilla sponge with a generous layer of sweet strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Topped off with a delicate dusting of icing sugar for a touch of elegance.

Chocolate: A delicious and indulgent chocolate sponge sandwiched with thick chocolate buttercream. On top, you will find a creamy white chocolate icing with delicious milk chocolate flakes.

GET THAT SWEET SPOT

Buttercream loves a gentle warm-up, and brownies need a little patience to reach their soft, gooey magic. Our bakes have been chilling in transit and need time to be their best so if your sponge is a little dry give it some more time.

ROOM TEMP, BEST TEMP

Let your bake rest in their packaging for up to 12 hours or when it reaches room temperature. It will then be at its full, fluffy glory. Cake is always at its best when it’s cosy, not chilly.

KEEP IT FRESH

Pop leftovers in an airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry... no fridge chills or sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of joy.

FREEZE FOR FUTURE JOY

Celebration postponed? Wrap your cake carefully and freeze for up to six months. When you’re ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.

It was delicious both sides were popular and I'm going to buy another for my grandson birthday next week Good idea, unfortunately both cakes were dry. Really enjoyed having two different flavours to choose from. The packaging is good and the cake was in good presentable condition both delicious and great you can choose 2 separate sponges to taste Great option when you cannot decide, great taste as always Great choice of cake to allow everyone a chance to have a piece of cake. Everyone enjoyed it. Great to be able to send both kinds, with a decent amount of portions of each type. Sponge cake was very moist, fresh, and not over sweet . Cake halves well presented and each half flavour tasted exactly as it should, nice moist baked cakes. Mum & Dad loved , especially the chocolate Brilliant combination and the best of both worlds. I love Victoria and my partner loves Chocolate so we were both happy. Would definitely buy again and would love to see Victoria with Carrot or Coffee.
